Shreddy Session Kit

Everything you need for 15 minutes of jumps or a full day of clips.

An iPhone on a tripod at a feature. Shreddy films every rider who comes through and measures jump height, speed, and lap times. Stay for a few laps or the whole day: it packs up as fast as it sets up. The same kit works for a rider, a coach or a whole bike park.

Your backpack gear

Seven things. They all fit in a backpack.

  1. An iPhone with the Shreddy app. iPhone 15 or later recommended.
  2. A tall, sturdy tripod with a standard ¼-20 screw. A construction or laser-level tripod holds up to wind.
  3. A phone clamp that threads onto the tripod’s ¼-20 screw.
  4. A magnetic (MagSafe) phone cooler with a fan.
  5. A USB-C power bank, 20,000 mAh or more.
  6. USB-C cables and a Y-splitter, so one cable from the battery powers both the phone and the cooler. Two cables work too.
  7. Something to weigh the tripod down, like your backpack or a few rocks, and shade for the phone if you can. In full sun the cooler keeps it running.

How it works

Three-minute setup.

  1. A phone on a small tripod facing a dirt jump

    01

    Set up the phone

Put your phone on a tripod, or hold it still. Don’t move it while it’s recording.

  2. The Shreddy app on a phone on a tripod, with the Record button on screen

    02

    Tap Record

Shreddy watches for bikes and films every rider through the feature on its own.

  3. 03

    That’s it!

Your clips are made and uploaded automatically. They appear in My Clips about a minute after the rider passes.
