Shreddy for AI assistants

Ask ChatGPT, Claude or any other AI assistant how big the jumps are at your local bike park, and get real numbers back. Shreddy measures every rider on camera, and your assistant can read the public clips: jump height, length, airtime and speed, with a link to watch each one on shreddy.ai.

What it is

• Public clips only. Your assistant sees what anyone can see on the public feed. Private clips never show up.
• Read-only. It can search and read. It can’t upload, change, tag or delete anything, and it doesn’t need your account.
• Real measured numbers. Heights, lengths, airtime and speeds are measured from video with a calibrated camera at the spot, not guessed. A clip filmed without a calibration simply has no numbers.
• Links back to Shreddy. Every answer comes with shreddy.ai links, so you can watch the clip itself.

Connect it

It’s one address, no sign-in, no key:

Claude (claude.ai and the Claude apps)

Go to Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector. Name it Shreddy, paste the address above and add it. Then turn Shreddy on in a chat from the tools menu.

ChatGPT

Custom connectors need developer mode. Go to Settings > Apps & Connectors > Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode. Back in Apps & Connectors, choose Create: name it Shreddy, paste the address above, pick No authentication and save. Then add Shreddy to a chat from the + menu. (ChatGPT renames these menus now and then; look for “developer mode”.)

Any other MCP client

Shreddy is a remote MCP server over Streamable HTTP with no authentication. Most clients take a config like this:

It has four tools: list_venues (the bike parks with public clips), get_venue (one park’s runs, features and records), search_clips (newest, biggest or fastest, by park, feature, rider or date) and get_clip (one clip in full).

• Who was fastest on the Double Black this month?
• Show me the newest clips at Bradley.
• How much airtime do people get on First Jump?

No setup at all

ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google can also read Shreddy’s public bike park and clip pages on their own, so a plain question in any of them can turn up Shreddy numbers. The connector just gives sharper answers: exact filters, rankings and every stat.

Privacy

• Only public clips. Making a clip private takes it out of every answer and every page assistants read.
• A rider’s name only shows up when that rider has linked their Shreddy account to the clip and allows it. Don’t want your name in AI answers? Turn off Show my name in AI answers under Account > Preferences. Your clips still show, just without your name. Anyone else is simply “a rider”.
• Answers give the day a clip was filmed, never the time, and never an exact location.
• Only venues we’ve checked are real riding spots show up. A backyard or a test spot stays out of AI answers, and so do its clips.
